Description:

The State of New York, Office of General Services (OGS) Division of Real Estate (DRE) operates the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building, located at 163 West 125 ^th Street, New York, NY 10027. This facility houses various State and private entities in 19 stories of office space.

The Contractor shall provide for the removal of recyclables and trash such as bulk refuse, waste, and construction debris, excluding hazardous waste, as well as provision of dumpsters and roll-off containers.
