Project Description: This project involves demolition of an existing residential home, detached garage, two sheds, along with the removal of an asphalt driveway. A domestic water well will need to be capped, and a sanitary service line will need to be abandoned at the main. The site will require temporary restoration of an existing stream crossing/access point damaged by previous flooding. All disturbed areas are to be graded to match the surrounding topography and permanently stabilized.
There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday April 2, 2026. The meeting will start at Kohler Park at 1100 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.
