The City of Blue Springs, Missouri, Engineering Department, (City) invites you to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ) regarding Professional Engineering Services for the Sni-A-Bar Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Phase 2 Improvements Project. The City owns and operates the Sni-A-Bar WWTF and has contracted a portion of the WWTF capacity to the City of Grain Valley. Please see below information regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
