Taylor Run Stream Restoration

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by West Chester Borough for Taylor Run Streambank Restoration until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 7th day of November 2024.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
The project involves earthwork, grading, landscaping installation, and streambank and wetland restoration in West Chester, Pa. All work is to take place in Spring 2025.
Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, November 4, 2024.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
