Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Washington County. Obtaining the Bidding Documents: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: https://planroom.sunrise-eng.com/#p/home.
Questions: Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the project Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows:
A. Contact Jon Hanson via email, or the plan room website for all questions.
B. Contact Information: jon.hanson@sunrise-eng.com. Questions received less than seven days (June 11, 2025, 2:00 PM) prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
Submission: Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Washington County Commission Office located on the fourth floor of the county administration building located at 111 E Tabernacle Street, St. George, UT 84770, until June 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 10, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Zion National Park’s Maintenance office located inside the Park.
