RFQ - Parkway Boulevard Grade Separation Constructability & Construction Management
The Parkway Boulevard Grade Separation Project consists of constructing a grade-separation over Union Pacific Railroad tracks and the closure of the Pitt School Road at-grade crossing. The Project improves safety and efficiency involving two primary arterials within the City of Dixon0: Porter Road, which runs generally southwest-northeast into the center of town, and parallels the tracks, and Pitt School Road.
