Summary The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services is seeking quotes for the installation and monthly access monitoring of a security access control system located at 4104 U.S. Highway 31 South, Decatur AL. 35603. Work to include installation of (1) Kantech EK-400 Access Control Panel, (3) Kantech Single Gang Smart card reader, (3) Kantech T rex Motion Sensor, (4) Door position switch type TBD during install, (2) Genesis Yellow Plenum access control cable and (3) BEA Programmable Logic Module. Install access controls on doors 101A, 101B and 101C and wiring to ADRS cradle point. Access points to be installed at height to comply with ADA requirements. Supplier to also provide monthly service access control (cloud hosted service) for 10 months (Valid Period: 12/1/24 thru 9/30/25). Internet access, cradle point service and conduit pathways for electronic locks and card readers will be provided by ADRS. Work to be performed during normal business hours (8-5). Contact to schedule installation will be provided to awarded supplier. All labor for job to have one-year warranty and equipment to have limited manufacturer’s warranty. Awarded supplier to provide warranty information on equipment. Supplier to include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, etc. necessary for completing job. Supplier submitting bid must reside within the State of Alabama.
