Solicitation Summary
SHA seeks a vendor to provide instruction and certification for
three (3)
SHA employees in Mobile Crane operations. The training must enable employees to obtain crane operator certification and comply with current OSHA and MOSH regulations for operating a fixed cab, telescopic boom, medium-sized mobile crane. All requirements under Code of Maryland Regulation 09.12.26.00 and Code of Federal Regulations 1926.1400 and 1910.180 must be met. Training must cover medium-sized mobile cranes with a fixed cab and include both classroom and practical instruction. A National Commission Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) nationally accredited company must conduct the training.
