IFB-87 Octane Gasoline & Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel

The Plymouth County Commissioners hereby solicit sealed bids for furnishing 87 OctaneGasoline and Ultra Low SulfurDiesel Fuel to the County of Plymouth and various political sub-divisions thereof.  Said bids will be received in the Office of the Plymouth County Commissioners at 44 Obery St., in Plymouth, up to 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 15, 2025, at which time and place all proposals will be   publicly opened and read.   No Bid arriving after the date and time set forth herein will be considered for any reason.  The Office clock at the above location will be the official clock for this purpose.

Please submit all questions via email before 4:00 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2025.  Questions will be answered by addenda and emailed to all prospective bidders.

Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the County Commissioners, 44 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA or by email request at norourke@plymouthcountyma.gov.

Invitation to Bid procedures and Award of Contract will be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 7, Section 22B, and Chapter 30B as amended, plus all applicable Federal, State and         Local laws and regulations.

The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid in total or in part as they deem best in the interests of the County of Plymouth.
