26-075-S CMCI Services for TMT Building 6 and Gate

Project Description: Through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"), the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority ("PhilaPort") is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Construction Inspection ("CMCI") Services for the Tioga Marine Terminal Access and Capacity Improvements Project ("Project"). PhilaPort intends to award a single contract for the administration, inspection, testing, documentation, and oversight of construction activities associated with the Project. This RFQ includes instructions regarding submission requirements, scope of services, evaluation criteria, and other information necessary for firms to prepare and submit a Proposal. This RFQ will result in a qualifications-based selection in accordance with the Brooks Act, 40 U.S.C. §§ 1101-1104, which requires the selection of the most highly qualified firm based on demonstrated competence and professional qualifications, followed by the negotiation of a fair and reasonable price.
