Description
The City of Douglas is soliciting qualifications from GDOT pre-qualified consulting
firms for Airport Design - Electrical/Lighting Services (Area Class 2.09b) at the
Douglas Municipal ¿Gene Chambers¿ Airport.
The City intends to establish a multi-year, task-order-based contract with the selected
firm(s) for a five-year period, with services to be assigned as needed based on FAA,
GDOT, and City project requirements.
Separate sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received for the provision of these
services for Douglas Municipal Gene Chambers Airport. Proposals can be addressed to
Mrs. Wynetta Bolder, City Clerk, and either mailed or delivered to 302 S. Madison
Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533 until Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at 2:00 PM. All RFQ
envelopes should be plainly marked: RFQ #66812-26-0003 - AIRPORT DESIGN ¿
