Bids are due at 2 PM on August 28, 2025, at the MassDevelopment offices, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by the IBF may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
