This is a Request for proposal (RFP) number 140P5126R0009 Blue Ridge Parkway - Vista Clearing FY26
This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06.
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
The NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services, Size Standards in Millions of dollars $9.5M
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price
Line items include Base work + Items 1-3 Option Work
The services consist of clearing scenic vistas along the Blue Ridge Parkway at designated locations in Virginia. These services include cutting trees, shrubs, brush, briars, and vines within specified depths of designated vistas, to provide vistas with clear and unobstructed views.
Period of Performance 7/15/2026 to 9/30/2027
