Coweta County is accepting proposals for Property Clean Up (2744 E Highway 34. Newnan GA ); all proposals must be received no later than June 10, 2024 @ 8:00 AM. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. The bid will be awarded at the Commission meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

Scope: Property must be completely mowed (the entire lot) including weed eating and edging where needed. All shrubs must be trimmed, flower beds weeded (including removal of all sapling trees, honeysuckle vines, undergrowth, etc.) All vegetation and trimmings must be removed along with all trash and debris on property.
