The City of Rock Hill, SC ("City") is requesting qualifications from interested and qualified consulting firms to provide engineering services for the Standard Mill Sewer Relocation. The project is located in the area of Annafrel, Iredell, and Morris Streets. The firm should be well-versed in the permitting requirements of both the City of Rock Hill and SC State Revolving Fund (SRF). The project must be designed in accordance with the City of Rock Hill Sewer Specifications.
