11 Warren Street Exterior Building Façade Design
Description:
Columbia County is accepting proposals from qualified engineering/architect firms for building programming services, design, construction administration services and construction inspection services for the exterior building façade improvements at 11 Warren Street, Hudson NY.
The County wishes to pursue the design of improvements to the exterior building façade.
The County recognizes that the building programming, including the workshop and public
presentations will be extensive, and will be reflected in the architectural fee structure. That is
why the County is utilizing a lump sum fee vs a percentage of construction cost as the fee
structure.
