The City of Springfield is seeking proposals and invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing Public Works Design or Engineering services, to submit proposals for the project entitled; Improvements to Jaime Ulloa Park, a Public Park in the City of Springfield, Massachusetts. The contract between the City and the Designer will include designer services through schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, award of constructions contract(s), construction administration, final closeout and warranty period of the potential Project. Total estimated construction cost is $350,000.00, including Design/Engineering fees. This Designer Selection is for Horizontal (Public Works) Construction, will follow a MGL Ch. 30B RFP model procurement to an extent as determined by the City.
