The proposed work reconstructs the asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curb/gutter, and other major elements adjacent the 29th Ave Railroad Crossing. Further, a median is constructed to separate opposing flow of vehicle traffic and conduits are installed/buried under the railroad tracks to improve railroad traffic signal pre-emption. This project has some civil 3D elements as well as traffic striping/signing improvements.
