In accordance with Florida Statutes, Title XIX, Chapter 287, Section 287.057(3)(c), commodities or contractual services available from a single source may be exempt from competitive solicitation requirements. When an agency determines that such commodities or services are only available from one source, the agency must electronically post a description of the intended procurement for a minimum of fifteen (15) business days. This notice must also invite prospective vendors to provide information regarding their ability to supply the described commodities or services.

This posting is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or an Invitation to Quote (ITQ), and no solicitation is available.

The City of Pompano Beach, Florida, intends to negotiate a single-source procurement for the acquisition of the FrontRow Bandstand Stage – FR4100 Series, manufactured by Century Industries.

Responses must include the electronic signature of an authorized representative who is legally empowered to enter into contractual agreements on behalf of the responding entity. The City will consider all submitted documentation as an offer by the respondent to provide the specified commodities or services at the stated terms and pricing.
