Summary

The Ocean Center is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive event cleaning services for the entire facility. The contractor shall provide professional staff who are knowledgeable and skilled in the service requirements of the facility. Respondent shall be a reliable and experienced cleaning service provider capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation before and during events, as well as ensuring complete restoration of the event space, including both interior and exterior areas, following their conclusion.

OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning services during and after events. Respondent shall demonstrate experience in large-scale event cleaning, appropriate staffing capabilities, and the flexibility to scale services based on event size and requirements. The selected contractor must maintain professional appearance standards, work efficiently within time constraints, and coordinate seamlessly with our facility management team and event organizers.

Background

The Ocean Center is a versatile, dynamic venue equipped to host a wide range of productions and events. The facility comprises four main spaces:

Arena: 42,000 square feet of flexible space with seating and stage configurations for up to 8,400 attendees, featuring robust rigging capabilities and advanced sound and lighting systems.

Exhibit Hall: 93,000 square feet of versatile space accommodating up to 5,000 attendees in various flexible configurations.

Ballroom: 12,000 square feet of elegant space providing an intimate setting for up to 1,000 guests, with sophisticated design perfect for upscale events.

Meeting Rooms: 32 breakout rooms providing flexible spaces for smaller meetings, conferences, and specialized event functions
