Project Description: A. Work of this project includes construction of the Houston District Headquarters including:
This project consists of the upgrade/replacement of the existing controls system for the Texas Department of Transportation’s Houston DHQ Building.
Not only does this include the office building on campus, but it also includes the lab building on campus.
The existing control sensors and dampers/valves will be reused.
The building level control panels, AHU Control Panel, Outside Air Terminal Controllers, Relief/Exhaust Terminal Controllers, Damper Actuators, Zone Thermostats, Global Weather Sensors and Lighting control connections shall be completely replaced. All new graphics and computer interface will be installed with the new control panels.
