Supervisors room in Lexington, Mississippi, until 10:00 AM on the 15th day of July 2025 and shortly thereafter publicly opened
for the construction of 0.125 miles of BRIDGE and APPROACHES on the Lexington Road being known as State Aid Bridge
Program (SABP) Project No. SABP-26(01) in Holmes County Mississippi.

The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will a irmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant
to this advertisement; minority business enterprise will be a orded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation
and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS are on file in the O ice of the Chancery Clerk of Holmes County, Asphalt , the LSBP Engineer's
o ice and the O ice of the State Aid Engineer, 412 E. Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi. This project shall be
constructed in accordance with the latest edition of the Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge
Construction.
The plan can be purchased at this location, wcmplanroom.com at a cost of $50 for the PLANS and a cost of $50 for the
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The population of this county is less than 20,000.
