Description

DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 19.502-2, Total small business set-asides and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.





Description of requirements: Two (2) Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Shot Peen Systems in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 23-20-1101, dated 10 December 2024. Performance period/completion 180 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is FRCSE (Fleet Readiness Center Southeast), Jacksonville, FL 32210. The complete technical data package VIBB 23-20-1101 including Machine(s), Tooling, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag(s), External Services for Removal of Existing Machine, Shipping, Installation, and OSHA Certification will be included as a part of the solicitation.





THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. RFQ SPE4A8-25-Q-0052 is anticipated to be issued on or around 07 April 2025. A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, enter the solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen and click “Go”. All responsible sources may submit a proposal sufficient to determine capability which may be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted not later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management website (https://www.sam.gov). All proposals received after the closing date listed shall be considered “late” and may not be considered for award.
