The CAA is soliciting submittals from companies for the purchase and installation of a Queue Management System (QMS) at Bradley International Airport (BDL). BDL seeks to fortify our passengers’ journey in a positive way by putting the power of information in their hands. With a QMS system in place, BDL seeks to accurately inform the traveling public of security checkpoint wait times to set expectations and allow individuals to make informed decisions.
