Summary

RTD is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preparation and painting services to the light rail station located at 4151 S. Dallas St., Aurora, CO 800147, known as the “Dayton Station.”

Background

Since the station opened, concrete decking seal degradation and environmental factors have damaged the existing painting, requiring a repainting of the station plaza and platform.
The Contractor will: analyze existing conditions and proposed scope of services, develop a preparation and painting solution for evaluation, and execute the plan ensuring effectiveness and compliance with RTD requirements.
