Solicitation Summary
The St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) is issuing this IFB # 26-04 for Janitorial Services to be performed daily at the SMCHD Main building and Annex Building as well as weekly at the SMCHD School Based Health Centers. Additionally, we are requesting pricing for the work to be performed at the SMCHD Health Hub on a as needed basis.

Pre-Bid Conference Details
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST at the SMCHD Main Building, located at 21580 Peabody Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Following the Pre-Bid, a site visit will be performed at the SMCHD Main Building, SMCHD Annex, SMCHD Health Hub and one of the SMCHD School Based Health Centers. This Pre-Bid Meeting is Not Mandatory but highly encouraged. Bidders may still submit a response if they did not attend. Please note that due to security concerns regarding the operations performed at these buildings floor plans are not available. Bidders attending the site visit are required to enter in the main lobby entrance and sign in at the check in counter. Bidders will then be provided a visitor’s badge, this visitors badge must be worn a all times during all site visits.
