The NORTH SHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Campus Wide Lockset Replacement Lynn and Danvers Campuses at 300 Broad Street, Lynn, MA 01901 in Danvers, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by JONES ARCHITECTURE. The Project consists of but not limited to- Campus-wide at both Danvers and Lynn locations for door hardware lock replacement. All access controls to main exterior doors and key interior doors include a new key lock box system in several buildings, and new headend locations at most buildings. The project is to utilize existing pathways as much as possible. Minimal interior carpentry work. The work is estimated to cost 881,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information RFIs shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.comby 04-22-2025 at 2PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 04-22-2025 at 2PM EDT for general bids.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 S44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
