Description
A design-build contract for the construction of two (2) hardened surfaces in Cowboys Park (formally Millennium Park).
The design-build project scope will include Design Services with the Contractor's support Sub-Consultant design team, including design workshops, drawings, schedules, estimates, reviews and approvals. The Contractor will also provide Construction Services for the building of two hardened surfaces at Cowboys Park.
This RFP is open to all Proponents.
Proponents currently prequalified with The City of Calgary for Prime Contractor for construction projects in any of the below listed construction categories will not be subject to the Prime Contractor for Safety evaluation criteria as part of this RFP and will be grated a passing score.
- Asphalt Road Works
- Buildings General Contractor
- Concrete Road/Sidewalk Works
- Earthworks
- Landscape Construction
