Bid Description:
The Addison County Regional Planning Commission (ACRPC) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)s for planning and design services for two feasibility assessments:
1. Identification of improvements needed to upgrade Harvey Rd. in Bristol, VT from Class 3 to Class 4. This work includes assessment of Bridge #00020.
2. Propose solutions to drainage issues at the intersection of the Natural Turnpike, a Class 3 town highway, and Billings Farm Rd., a private road, in Ripton, VT.
ACRPC will work with the consultant selected to refine a scope of work to address the three projects within the budget allotted.
