CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERING ON-CALL SERVICES

SOLICITATION NO. 261483
The County of Lake is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or individuals to provide on-call engineering and professional services under a master agreement to support the efforts of the County department. Work may include analysis, technical studies, design, review, and construction support.
SOQs must be received at or before 3:00 p.m. (local time) on Monday, December 1, 2025.
SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS

unless the file is larger than 15MB. If the SOQ is larger than 15MB, create a shareable folder (through Dropbox or similar software) and provide a link that allows access and download.
2.The subject line of the email should read “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ON-CALL CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR (FIRM NAME)”
3.The submission must be received no later than the day and time shown on the RFQ cover page.

to confirm the County has received your submission. If Consultant does not receive an email confirming County’s receipt of the SOQ, call707-263-2341 to confirm that the County received the SOQ. County encourages consultants to submit SOQ before noon on the date due.
5.Late submittals will not be considered.
SCOPE OF WORK
The County anticipates the need for a wide range of specialized engineering services to support improvements throughout the County. Projects could include, but are not limited to, bridge replacements and rehabilitations, roadway reconstruction, pedestrian improvement projects, emergency repairs, development of funding/grant applications, environmental studies, surveying, geotechnical, and construction support.
