Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2024-053, Ritchie Road Sidewalk Improvements. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday September 11, 2024. The City of Waco and TxDOT Ritchie Road Sidewalk Improvements Project will generally consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly construct a 6’ sidewalk (approximately 1300’) from W.
