Scope of Services Required
The scope of work for this project includes the following tasks:
The complete overhaul of the elevator interiors, which includes:
- Repainting and refinishing of walls and panels.
- Replacement or restoration of elevator flooring.
- Updating or replacing elevator lighting fixtures.
- Renovation of control panels and any other damaged components.
The project is expected to be completed within a reasonable timeframe, with the work commencing upon the selection of a vendor. A proposed timeline will be requested as part of the proposal’s submission. The vendor must adhere to industry standards for elevator safety and durability, ensuring that all materials used are of high quality and appropriate for public use.
