NWARPC REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST – TRI-REGION E-BIKE INCENTIVE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) is seeking letters of interest (LOIs) from experienced contractors for deliverables related to the administration of a tri-regional e-bike incentive program. This request aims to identify a qualified contractor to manage specific aspects of the program, ensuring its effective implementation, compliance, and success. Interested contractors are invited to submit a Letter of Interest outlining their qualifications and relevant experience. SUBMITTAL REQT’S: One (1) digital copy in PDF format must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT, September 1, 2025. Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered.
