The purpose of this Invitation For Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of the Replacement of the roof of the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office Firing Range at 4818 Midland Road, Midland Va. 22728. Requirements shall be provided in accordance with this IFB and the Project Plan Set. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Procurement Division on behalf of the Fauquier County Sheriff's Department, herein referred to for convenience as “Owner.” Fauquier County Board of Supervisors’ approval is required for the award of a contract resulting from this solicitation.
