The Town of Yarmouth, Massachusetts, invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications to provide Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services for the final design and construction phase of the Yarmouth Public Library Project, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, §44A½ and the requirements of the Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (MPLCP).
The final design and construction phase is contingent upon Town funding approval and construction grant funding from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC). The estimated project cost is approximately $32,000,000.

Sealed responses will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 2:00 p.m., February 27, 2026.
This procurement is conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, §44A½, and other applicable public procurement laws, and all contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive informalities, and award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
