Clerk.

Prior to 4:00 P.M. Central Time on Friday, November 14, 2025
- Sealed bids will be opened in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room

BIDS MUST BE MARKED SEALED BID WITH BID NUMBER
Bid Packets and Specifications may be obtained in the Rogers County Clerk’s Office Rogers
County Courthouse, 200 S Lynn Riggs Blvd Claremore, Oklahoma 74017, Monday thru Friday,
from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Except During Legal Holidays)
All bids must be accompanied by an Affidavit of Non-Collusion and a Business Relationship
Affidavit. All bids shall be plainly marked “SEALED BID” with the bid number, closing date and
time written on the outside of the sealed envelope. (*ONLY ONE BID PER ENVELOPE*) All
late bids will be returned unopened. There will be No Faxed or E-Mail Bids Accepted. The Board
of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
