IFB #C042413 Alternate Format Services and Mailings

The New York State Department of Health (Department) is announcing the release of Invitation for Bids (IFB) # C042413 : Alternate Format Services. Through this IFB, the Department's Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified bidders to complete document transformation, translation, and mailing services. In conformance with the American with Disabilities Act, the Department of Health will release this IFB to select a contractor to provide written communications in a usable alternative format for individuals attesting to having a significant visual impairment. Alternative formats include large print, audio, data CD, and braille.

Deadline for Submission of Written Questions: December 1, 2025 by 4:00 PM ET.

Responses to Written Questions Posted by DOH: On or About December 22, 2025.

Deadline for Submission of Proposals: January 5, 2026 by 4:00 PM ET.

Anticipated Contract Start Date: May 1, 2026.
