****SFPUC Upcoming Contracting Opportunity****
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will advertise a construction contract, WW-719C Folsom Area Stormwater Improvements - Harrison/Treat Street Box Sewers and Connecting Auxiliary Sewers. The SFPUC is actively working on the advertisement and has set a goal to advertise by late June 2024, possibly sooner.
Project Description
The scope of this project is to upsize and construct 3,200 linear feet of large box sewers along Florida St., Treat Ave., and Harrison St., from Florida St. to 18th St. Crews will excavate a portion of the block to install a large, approximately 20-foot-wide sewer box to provide additional underground storage and conveyance capacity. Traffic detours and alternate access will likely be needed for several months in work areas.
