2025 Paving Project

Project Description: The Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township (hereinafter called “the Township”) invites bids on the form attached hereto, with all blanks being properly typewritten or printed. Bids will be received by the Township online via PennBid until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and published on-line. The bids will be considered for award at the Regular Meeting of the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors Scheduled for 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Township Municipal Building, 1622 N. Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944.
If more than one proposal on any project is submitted by any individual, firm or partnership, corporation or association under the same or different names, only one lowest proposal will be considered.
All bids are to be posted on-line at www.PennBid.net. Instructions for Bidders and Vendors for submitting Bids using PennBid are posted with all project Documents. Submission of bids is subject to PennBid procedures and policies.
The Township may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informality in or reject any or all bids or select a single item from any bid.
