Ella Flemings School Interior and Site Renovations

The Town of Tewksbury is soliciting bids for Ella Flemings School Interior and Site Renovations located at 1503 Andover St., Tewksbury, MA 01876. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the interior and site renovation of the historic Ella Fleming School building. The project involves selective demolition, MEPF system upgrades, installation of a new lift elevator, painting, door restoration and replacement, new finishes, new interior windows, resilient flooring and acoustic ceiling tiles. Exterior and site improvements include paving, landscaping, utilities, and drainage.
