Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Town of Middlesex, Old Great Brook Road Slope Repair, including the construction of reinforced slope, streambank stabilization, and miscellaneous and appurtenant construction.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at the project site , Old Great Brook Road, Middlesex, Vermont at 2:00 P.M., local time, on October 15, 2025. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting.

Each BID must be accompanied by a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the OWNER for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check.
