Main Street & Zinns Mill Road Sidewalk Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by West Cornwall Township for the Main Street & Zinns Mill Road Sidewalk Project until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. The bid results will be posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. The project will be awarded at the West Cornwall Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday, October 13, 2025.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The work generally includes installation of concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, an ADA ramp, and storm sewer piping on Main Street (PA-419) and North Zinns Mill Road, along with all other work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans. The project work is located entirely in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents.
Questions shall be submitted via the “Vendor Discussions” feature within PennBid.
Bidders are advised that, pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids exceeding $25,000 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project.
West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
