Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA).
Questions: Proposers must submit questions regarding the RFP through U3P. Questions must be submitted through U3P no later than 5:00pm MDT on August 27, 2025.
Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) on or before 5:00 p.m. MDT on Sept 15, 2025.
