Summary

Pre-Proposal Conference
The State will hold a virtual pre-Proposal conference on 03/20/2026, at 1:00 PM Columbus, Ohio local time. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the RFP and the Work with prospective Offerors and to allow them to ask questions arising from their initial review of this RFP. The State will not be responsible to an Offeror for its failure to obtain information discussed during the conference due to its arriving after the conference has convened.

Attendance at the pre-Proposal conference is not a prerequisite to submitting a Proposal.

Summary
