Project Description: The Contractor shall provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, other means of construction, and all materials and labor specified in the Contract Documents or as necessary to complete the City of Sandy Springs Project T-0033-7, Roswell Road Streetscape Phase II, to install approximately 0.14 miles of sidewalk and associated improvements on the west side of Roswell Road from Lake Placid Drive to Northwood Drive. Through vehicular access and two-way traffic must be maintained during project construction.
