City of Calgary
Services may include the following:
1. Review of any building structural damage or deficiency, and assessment of risks to building occupants and the public;
2. Review of façade and building envelope components;
3. Review of temporary structures including construction shoring, guardrails, pedestrian protection, etc.;
4. Review of safety measures at construction and demolition sites that impact the public, adjoining properties and streets or public property; and
5. Providing recommendations with respect to temporary measures needed to address unsafe conditions.
The selected firms are required to be able to respond to emergency services requests within two (2) hours any day of the week, 24 Hours a day.
This RFSO is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalification for engineering and architectural services in the following discipline:
