2. Description: This Project is intended to construct a berm south of cell 10 using on site material from Stockpile 5 to obscure views of site activities from south of the site, with a mesh fence on top for litter control.
3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Agreement Term: Until project completion scheduled for 2026 May 31.
