Town of Fox Creek

2026 Paving and Sidewalk Program

The Town of Fox Creek is seeking to contract the completion of the 2026 Paving and Sidewalk Program. The work will focus on improving deteriorated road surfaces and pedestrian infrastructure within residential and commercial areas of the municipality. The project includes the milling and asphalt overlay of approximately 2,559 metres of residential roadway and the rehabilitation of approximately 4,642 square metres within the Commercial Court parking lot and alleyway. The intent of the program is to restore surface conditions, improve drainage performance, and extend the service life of existing infrastructure.

The work will also include the removal and replacement of approximately 265.5 metres of existing concrete sidewalk. Replacement sidewalks shall be constructed to meet current municipal standards and provide safe and accessible pedestrian routes. Associated works may include curb tie ins, grading adjustments, restoration of disturbed areas, and other incidental works necessary to complete the improvements. All work is required to be finished before October 15th 2026.
