Wolf Creek School Division
competitively-priced natural gas Supply from a qualified Energy Provider, henceforth
referred to as the Bidder, and the Prequalification Of Bidders for future natural gas
transactions. Only those Bidders designated as being in good financial standing and
prequalified will be invited to bid on the Client’s requirements.
From Proposals received, the Client will select Bidders which shall be the standard for
future orders under the terms of each Contract awarded by virtue of this RFP
throughout the Term. The current total annual normalized Natural gas usage by Wolf Creek Public Schools is approximately 73,200 GJ/ year for 28 sites. Note that sites and volumes are
subject to change prior to the firm bid round. All participating Bidders will receive an
updated final list for firm bid round purposes.
Wolf Creek Public Schools is requesting experienced and qualified Bidders to submit Proposals based on the following:
● Purchasing natural gas supply
● Servicing the Client accounts
● Customer service and support
Bidders are requested to provide a Proposal that will meet Wolf Creek's requirements at
the best possible overall value, as determined by Wolf Creek in its sole discretion.
Wolf Creek Public Schools has retained the services of Energy Associates International, to assist in selection of Bidders.
