Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of pavement patching, curb and gutter replacement, and asphalt overlay, as well as storm sewer replacement and extension, water main replacement, traffic signal replacement, sidewalk and driveway reconstruction, sidewalk extension, decorative pavers, and median construction located at Mount Vernon Road SE from 20th Street to 26th Street. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $7,190,000.
